103 days to go and feeling lighter already

Woohoo! One week done, and I'm down a few pounds since last Monday. It was a good day today, but I'm tired from the weekend.

We tried to make homemade "sushi rolls" tonight, which was a lot of fun, but they kept falling apart, so we ended up having "sushi salad" instead.
