So far behind, and a little heavier. But I'm not complaining, I had a fun weekend with friends with delicious food. Not bad food, just heavier food and higher calories.
First Sam and I went to Pizza Bank on Friday to celebrate a new accomplishment at work. Then Saturday, we went to the Seattle Aquarium with Ben and Alyssa, and enjoyed some of the local Flavors at Pike Place. Then we enjoyed home made cheeseburgers at Mike Marin's, followed by some Wii Fit, and a small slice of delicious, warm homemade apple pie. It was delicious!
All in all, it was a fun weekend, and I am sure I will be back down to 244 in no time. Also, this week is our rest week, so we'll be doing cardio and light workouts this week.
